Robat Makhzan's Factory has been constructed in an area of 15000 Sqm at Ghale-Mir Industrial Complex in Robat Karim located at 35 km Tehran which has an infrastructure of 9000 Sqm as follows:
Two Shops with a general area of 5000 Sqm equipped with various kinds of roof crane and wall crane with capability of working up to a height of 14 m.
Warehouse with area of 1000 Sqm.
Machining hall with area of 1000 Sqm.
Office building in an area of 2000 Sqm.
Machinery:
This company has various
types of crane,
machining devices,
cutting,
bending
, roller
, flanging
, pressing
various types of TIG-MIG-MAG welding devices
and automatic pipe welding.
Production Capacity:
The average annual production capacity is about 2500 tons of equipment from stainless steel and carbon steel.
Technical engineering Department:
Robat Makhzan company uses the experiences of skillful engineers in designing and engineering section for the purpose of designing, calculation and providing executive and workshop drawings according to international standards in a self-sufficient manner.
Quality control Department:
This section controls and inspects the input raw materials, inspects various stages of manufacturing, conduction of necessary tests during manufacturing and after completion, and finally providing and compiling inspection deeds and documents and quality control in final inspection book of produced goods according to the day standards and took an efficient step in increasing the level of quality of produced goods.
